2 Clips which will include a Traditional Loosening, a qi gong exercise

We use a collection of exercises designed to loosen up the major joints and some minor ones. We also have some light stretching intended to expand and open the body. The exercises are taken from several top masters mentioned in Tai Chi Chuan on this site.

Qi Gong is an exercise that works the qi in the body. We use Eight Pieces of Brocade—an old and famous qigong from China.

The two clips will total 30 minutes of video tine.
