Lead By Sifu Buddy Benford

	My goal is to work on training the Chin Na and the start of a curriculum.
	I will cover other topics provided that the request is provided in a timely
	manner. I will also make sure there is time for individual training as much
	as possible.

 

Group Instruction

Friday August 13 and Saturday August 14

 

Private Instruction

Sunday August 15
(Appointment must be scheduled and confirmed by August 8 to guarantee space. There are only a few 1 hour and 1/2 hour slots open. Contact info for Sifu Benford is below).

Pella, Iowa, USA

Pella is 45 minutes east of the Des Moines Airport.

Directions to the seminar location will be provided once attendance is confirmed.

 

Fees

There is a fee of $50.00 for this session which will go towards the purchase of a mat.
