Chinese Boxing Synthesis - Core of the Core

The Core of the Core is designed to give Chinese Boxing martial skill to the one who learns well its parts. It is about a third or less than the full Chinese Boxiong Core Synthesis. It is required material for all Martial certification. It acts as a plumbline to bring the traditional art back to a world view of realistic fighting. Below is a general outline that I have been teaching it by the past few months. More detail is on the membership site.
